Taekwondo Negeri Selangor(TNS) welcomed its talented athletes to participate in a training session that was conducted on the 27th of August 2023 at WNZ Sports Arena in Taman Perindustrian Puchong. The goal of this event was to train and shortlist athletes for Sukan Malaysia(SUKMA) and other national competitions. This training session was aimed mainly towards athletes with an interest in participating in the state’s open category as players for specific age categories had already been shortlisted in other events. The best quality of training was provided to the participating athletes throughout the course of these training sessions and TNS aspires to continue nurturing more talented and dedicated athletes throughout their journey in the art of taekwondo.
