Taekwondo Negeri Selangor(TNS) was honoured with the responsibility of organising the selections for the National Championships of 2022. The selections for both Poomsae and Kyorugi categories were held on the 24th of July 2022 at CK Taekwondo Centre. Registration for the selections were done prior to the date of the event via online registration forms and several contestants were shortlisted to participate in the National Championships 2022 that was tentatively scheduled to be conducted from the 5th to 7th August of 2022 at the OCM Indoor Arena.
